Colorful African Textile Throw, rare vintage collectible mud cloth in denim Blue- loads of colorful embroidery and hand loomed geometric designs. This authentic Malian textile has been thoroughly cleaned and has some distressing. The repeating geometric designs lend a modern aesthetic to this wonderful textile. There is an active rhythm to this design that was clearly crafted by a true artisan.
Measures approximately 57 inches long x 40 inches wide.
This indigo from Mali is in good vintage condition with areas of dark and light fading, some small light stains and wear. All shown in photos and appropriate for the age of this textile.
