Vintage Indigo mud cloth throw. African fabric that’s a shibori striped denim with fringe.
Classic medium blue with areas of fading and one side is more faded than the other. Resist-dyed stripes were created by hand with a shibori tie dyed technique.
Great to use for upholstery or pillows. You could also display on a textile ladder or place at the foot of a bed.
Measures 72 inches long x 43 inches wide.
This mud cloth indigo is in good vintage condition.
