Authentic primitive style is captured in a simple round bottom water bucket-bowl. This antique bowl is from the Turkana region of northern Kenya. The bowl was carved out of one piece of indigenous wood by the women of the village.
Patina and tool marks are all authentic from the original maker of this bowl.
This wooden bowl measures approximately 5 1/4 inches tall x 11 1/2 inches across x 7 inches.
This is a decorative sculptural item. Do Not Use For Food or drinks.
*As with many vintage handmade products made from natural wood, this rustic piece is not perfectly symmetrical, but that’s what gives it charm.
